This policy explains how OVRAGROUP PTY LTD (ACN 677 174 944), trading as OVRA Science, handles personal information collected through ovrascience.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. The formulation prototype runs entirely in your browser and does not send or store what you enter. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to discuss work you ask us about. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Formulation data

Formulas, bench results and price lists shared by brand partners are confidential to that partner. They are not used to train models for anyone else.

Access and contact

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing hello@ovrascience.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
